【大纪元2020年12月28日讯】（大纪元记者李言综合报导）在美国总统唐纳德·川普（特朗普）（Donald Trump）进一步加强支持台湾和西藏宗教自由，并将其纳入刚刚签署的2.3万亿美元大流行援助和支出计划中。这让中共再次跳脚。
美国继续加强对台湾和西藏的支持，这让中共越来越惊恐。在刚刚过去的周日（12月27日），川普签署了新一轮2.3万亿疫情纾困和支出法案（合并拨款法案，Consolidated Appropriations Act，Omnibus and Covid）拨款法案。该法案除了包括9,000亿美元的中共病毒（武汉肺炎）经济纾困方案外，也包括“2020年台湾保证法”（Taiwan Assurance Act of 2020）与“2020年西藏政策及支援法”（Tibetan Policy and Support Act ）。
《2020年台湾保证法》和《2020年西藏政策与支持法》均包含令中共跳脚的内容，包括美国支持台湾有意义地参与联合国机构事务、美定期对台出售武器以及检视国务院对台交往准则等。
对于中共自1950年以来一直以铁腕统治的西藏。该法案规定，若中共官员干预达赖喇嘛接班人选举的问题，将被视为违反藏人宗教自由，美方可对其采取经济、签证制裁措施；法案也规定，在美国能够于西藏首府拉萨设立领事机构之前，中共不得在美设立新的领事机构。
Newsmax报导，对于川普签署法案中进一步加强支持台湾和西藏的条款，中共外交部发言人赵立坚周一下午均以“坚决反对”作为回应。
“美国是台湾在国际上的重要盟友，也是分享自由和民主价值的坚实伙伴。”总统府发言人张惇涵（Xavier Chang）说。
