我记得当时市民们比较忧心的还是缺乏口罩。口罩是耗材，用量大。而且专家说，只有N95口罩才可以有效防止病毒。但实际上，我们根本买不到这样的口罩。网上购买，必须要到年后才能收到。我当时在方舱医院当志愿者，口罩是医院分发的。但是市民必须戴口罩，却买不到。有的同事朋友给寄了，却收不到；也有买的是杂牌，看到网上有回收口罩，处理再卖的信息，也不敢用。大家几乎都只剩下一两只，于是只好相互鼓励说，省着点用吧。段子说的真没错，口罩的确代替了猪肉，成为我们过年最紧俏的东西。

苏梅兰又对李娜娜说：“李院长，你现在可回家了，你应该照顾你的母亲和孩子，医院由我照看，你放心吧。”

李娜娜感激地说：“梅兰，感谢你。可你的儿子怎么办？”

苏梅兰笑了：“放心，我儿子已15岁啦，他搭乘邻居的私家车，已逃离武汉，去贵阳了。”

李娜娜没说什么，就与南阳生和一起上楼，来到了院长办公室。

李娜娜和南阳生在办公室呆了没多久，就传来了楼下的吵闹声。吵音最响的是苏梅兰。

李娜娜不知发生了什么事，就和南阳生一起下楼。楼下只有苏梅兰一人，她在掩面哭泣。

李娜娜问道：“你为什么哭啊？刚才和谁吵架了？”医院由你看管，我很放心。”

苏梅兰哭着说：“刚才来了一帮子城管，强行封了医院的大门，他们说是执行上级的命令。”

李娜娜和南阳生朝医院大门走去，惊呆的一幕出现在眼前：医院大门被贴上了封条，还被加了锁。

苏梅兰说：“我们现在怎么办？城管说所有的商店、学校都封了，就连居民楼也封了。”

李娜娜一脸的无奈和沮丧。

苏梅兰抹干了眼泪，她对李娜娜说：“李院长，你别难过，我想，这封城很快就会结束的。我已抢购了不少食物，至少够我们吃几天的。你先和南医生闲聊一会吧，我去做饭。”

李娜娜渐渐平静了许多。她开始对南阳生讲述最近武汉疫情的进展情况：

武汉“封城”当日，为缓解武汉现有医疗资源不足，武汉市人民政府要求中建三局公司在蔡甸区离市区16公里的知音湖武汉职工疗养院的基础上，参照SARS事件期间北京小汤山医院的模式，在郊区建立临时专门医院，后来该医疗点被称为火神山医院作为新型冠状病毒肺炎患者收治中心。

有朋友告诉她，武汉火神山医院系采用活动板房的形式，面积达2.5万平方米，可容纳约1000张病床的专科医院，用于收容救治感染新型冠状病毒的肺炎患者，负责工程的中建三局表示，急需大小挖机若干、平板车数台以及大量集装箱，请武汉地区项目经理马上动员项目资源，召集滞留在武汉的工人和车辆前往建设。预计于2月3日前完工并投入使用。

在决定开建火神山医院时，黑龙江、内蒙古、陕西、甘肃、新疆均确诊首例病例。河北出现了湖北省以外首例死亡病例。51岁的江苏医生姜继军殉职。

李娜娜说，武汉“封城”，已引发了全国一月疫情风暴：

浙江、广东、湖南启动重大突发公共卫生事件一级响应。全国29个省（区、市）中仅剩青海、西藏未报告。

1月24日，重庆、山东等地决定启动重大突发公共卫生事件一级响应。 全国累计确诊病例超过1000人，青海省确认1例确诊病例。

在浙江、广东、湖南、重庆、山东等地决定启动重大突发公共卫生事件一级响应后，湖北也启动了突发公共卫生事件一级应急响应。武汉市所有旅游团队一律取消。

交通部紧急通知全国暂停进入武汉道路水路客运发班；全国民航机票、铁路火车票免收退票费。人社部要求企业不得开除因疫情不能上班的员工。

李娜娜担心地说，朋友告诉我：浙江疾控中心成功分离到新冠病毒毒株。

李娜娜又说：上海、广东已派出第一批医疗队赶赴武汉。我作为一个医务人员，我对上海派出第一批医疗队赶赴武汉感到非常振奋。一方有难八方支援，患难见真情。

南阳生说：由于不可抗拒的召唤，我们没有其他选择。我相信中国人有勇气、有智慧、有信心，在突如其来的灾难面前，我相信这是一场全民抗疫的人民战争，严寒过去，便是春天。

但事情并非那么乐观。

春节前夕，疫情来势汹汹，抗疫之路困难重重，因有疫情袭来，痛失了那么多原本是鲜活的生命，令人难过不已。

2020年1月25日，中央成立了应对疫情工作领导小组。此时，江苏、海南、新疆等地启动重大突发公共卫生事件一级响应，北京首次确诊无湖北接触史患者。52岁的福建医生毛样洪殉职，62岁的武汉医生梁武东殉职。黄冈开建“小汤山”医院。

1月26日，武汉雷神山医院开建。河南版“小汤山”医院开建。全国累计确诊病例超过2000人。中国疾控中心称病毒来源于华南海鲜市场销售野生动物。国家卫健委称疫情处在早期散发阶段，称新冠病毒潜伏期最长14天且具有传染性。国家卫健委香港限制湖北居民及14天内到过湖北的人士入境。

中央应对疫情工作领导小组要求各地要成立应对疫情工作领导小组。 国家发改委紧急下达中央预算内投资3亿元支持湖北；全国各级财政已下达疫情防控补助资金112.1亿元。国家药监局应急审批通过华大基因等4家企业4个新冠病毒检测产品。

中国新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情严峻，也影响各地重要政治议程。

中国国家公务员局公告，因应防疫需求，中央机关及其直属机构2020年度公务员考试录用、公开遴选和公开选调面试时间延后，具体安排另行通知。

每年年初，中国大陆各地都会举行一年一度的省级地方两会，即人民代表大会、政治协商会议。新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情全面爆发前，主要省份地方两会均已陆续开完，许多中国民众因此质疑，湖北省和武汉市是为了会议期间稳定，而隐匿了疫情。

南阳生一面搜索手机信息一面说：疫情爆发后，各地陆续封锁对外公共运输，中国国务院更批准延长春节假期至2月2日。云南、四川省人大常委会、政协主席会议先后于27、28日宣布延后原订2月初举行的两会。此外，山东济南、青岛、滨州，河南郑州、平顶山、安阳，安徽合肥，浙江舟山，陕西铜川、商洛，黑龙江绥化等地级市，也都陆续延后两会时间。年初一（25日）中央政政治局常委紧急会议中，除了决定武汉封城之外，还有讨论对疫情扩散的看法，及是否如期在3月3日和5日，召开全国政协和全国人大会议。

李娜娜从手机上搜索了有关武汉和湖北的信息：

鄂州市疫情防控指挥部宣布自14时30分起，对全市高速公路和普通公路实行交通管制，除绿色通道外，全市所有高速公路出入口封闭，市际之间普通公路封闭。同日6时起，宜昌市境内所有高速公路入口、各城区出口道路、各城区之间国道省道关闭。武汉两个相邻的地级城市，黄冈市和鄂州市的公共交通系统也被封锁。湖北省内其它12个县级市及地级市，包括黄石市、赤壁市、荆州市、宜昌市、孝感市、荆门市、枝江市、潜江市、仙桃市、咸宁市、当阳市和恩施州亦陆续实施交通限制，受影响的人数超过5000万人。

年初二，中共武汉市委副书记兼市长周先旺在新闻发布会上透露，因为春节和疫情的影响，估算有500多万人已经离开武汉。消息一出，引起了全国恐慌。

年初三，武汉新型冠状病毒肺炎出现1个多月，国务院总理、中央应对新型冠状病毒感染肺炎疫情工作领导小组组长李克强，亲自抵达抗疫一线武汉考察抗疫工作。

年初四，习近平在会见世界卫生组织总干事谭德塞时说：“对于这一次的疫情防控工作，我一直是在亲自指挥、亲自部署。”特别强调抗疫要“坚决贯彻中央决策的部署”，“统一领导、统一指挥、统一行动”。

28日零时，襄阳市亦实施交通限制，是而除神农架林区外的湖北省辖区均采取了甲类传染病疫区封锁措施。

武汉封城后，由于事发突然，“逃离武汉”成为微博热门话题。为了防止出现“逃离武汉”的“二月逆流”，武汉市强化了收治和及隔离举措。

这时，苏梅兰将刚煮好的饭菜端了上来，但李娜娜和南阳生都没有动筷，心中充满了压抑和苦恼。

南阳生对婉茹、成野男和孙爱军说：

转眼一个星期过去了。我和李娜娜、苏梅兰被困在时珍医院里，出不了院门。那时武汉已被疫情陷落了，人人自危，一切都得靠自救解决。

李娜娜不断地给她的母亲打电话，但她的母亲不会玩手机，手机没电了，她也想不出如何充电的办法，弄得李娜娜心急如焚。

苏梅兰也开始焦急了，她原先备用几天的水果、蔬菜和肉类食物已消耗尽了，只剩下半袋白米，还有几卷面条。

南阳生对几个同行的朋友说：我那时的话也少了，我不愿意尽说那些悲观的话，却也展露不出任何乐观的心情。
