据悉，西班牙在线投票机公司Scytl位于德国的服务器为Dominion提供美国大选制表服务，美国大选的数据在选举夜被送往德国和西班牙。
根据Scytl于14日发出的声明，其提供的选举夜报告用的服务器位于美国境内，不进行制表、统计或计算任何选票；同时，他们也否认在德国法兰克福有服务器或办事处。不过，他们的官方网站IP地址却显示来自法兰克福。
