The Tweeting
Order and the Party Law
Fang Shidi chatted with Agudengba and the coachman Azhuo about
the "San Francisco Rebellion", so he naturally had more say.
Fang Shidi said:
Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty's father died in depression
because of the abolition of vassals. It should be said that Liu Che kept this
lesson in mind. In ancient China, the Xia, Shang and Zhou dynasties basically
belonged to an alliance organization, similar to the current agency system.
After Qin Shihuang unified the six countries, he formally established the Qin
State Group, which consisted of business departments, branches and offices
(prefecture and county system). Only the group had legal person status, but
other institutions did not. All financial and human rights were transferred to
the head office, achieving a high degree of centralization. This was a major
institutional change at the time.
When 16-year-old Liu Che took the CEO throne, the Han Dynasty
Group, which had gone through Wenjing's rule, had entered a healthy development
track, with social stability and people's peace of mind. However, as the
subsidiaries grew larger and larger, the headquarters' control over the local
areas became weaker and weaker. However, the executives at the headquarters
were obsessed with the superficial peace and prosperity and began to be
luxurious and corrupt.
Faced with such a situation, Liu Che fully learned from his
father's failed experience in reducing vassal status. After gathering enough
public support and talents, we took the first step to break the situation -
launching the grace order.
After the death of the vassal king of each vassal state at that
time, the eldest son inherited all the territory and power of his father as the
heir, and other children did not receive any benefits. Zhu Fuyan, a senior
assistant to Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty, proposed a new policy. The content
was that with the consent of the emperor, the princes and kings could divide
their fiefdoms into several parts and make their children marquis. The status
of these princely states must be determined by the central government, and the
territory of the princely states comes from the original vassal kingdoms. Once
these princely states are established, they will no longer belong to the
original kingdom, but will be transferred to nearby counties, which means they
will be under the direct leadership of the central government.
The master named the name Tuen Ling - to promote the emperor's
favor - under such a nice name, the vassal kings did not lose anything in name,
but their absolute territory quickly changed from large to small. ,
fundamentally solving the problem of one dominant force.
With the smooth implementation of the first step, Liu Che
gradually issued new regulations such as Zuoguan Law, Additional Benefit Law,
and Party Law, further taking back local power.
The so-called A Dang law means that "if the princes and
kings are guilty, Fu and Xiang do not report it, it is A Dang".
The A Party is a serious crime. Senior officials appointed by
the central court to serve as Fu Hexiang in the princely kingdoms will be
punished according to the crime of the A Party if the princes and kings have
any wrongdoings that are not discovered in advance or reported to the central
court. .
Liu Che, who sat on the throne of CEO, divided the internal
forces of each subsidiary by issuing favor orders, and then used the Party Law
to let the lower executives supervise each other, so that they had to choose to
report first when faced with the "Prisoner's Dilemma", and finally
put his son to death. The company's financial and personnel rights are
centralized, and subsidiaries are turned into branches, and some subsidiaries
are even turned into offices. Unknowingly, the ultimate goal of reducing the
vassal status was achieved.
Agudengba smiled and said to the carriage driver A Zhuo: CEO
Liu Che’s push order and party law seemed very familiar.
Fang Shidi said:
Unfortunately, Emperor Jianwen of the Ming Dynasty was not so
lucky and made the same mistake as Emperor Jing of the Han Dynasty. Not long
after he ascended the throne and the overall situation was unstable, he adopted
the great scholar Fang Xiaoru's suggestion of reducing the vassalage, but was
eventually driven away by his uncle Zhu Di without a trace. The vassal vassal
was not achieved, but his throne was lost. What’s interesting is that in the
new era, there are still some guys who haven’t read many books and are
following this old path.
Fang Shidi sang a song "Lone Wolf":
There is a wolf king among
the wolves,
The Wolf King sat on the
throne,
Ambition is growing day by
day,
Consider yourself supreme.
Internal fighting began
among the wolves,
The greedy nature emerges.
Faced with internal and
external troubles,
The wolf pack became
divided.
The Wolf King controls the
seven wolves,
This is only superficial.
Understand the nature of
wolf nature,
The wolf king will
eventually become a lone wolf.
Unless all wild wolves,
All evolved into dog slaves.
Taking the legendary wise Agu Demba as the protagonist, I started to create the Chinese-English version of "Snow Land Fable" using the traditional fable creation method that combines poetry and prose. Writing fableskes me feel like a child again. Studying snowy culture is my prescription to prevent Alzheimer’s di masease.
