Where do i come from
Agudengba sang
the "Song of Creation of Gods" in the Snowy Land. He denied the
existence of God. In his reflection,:
After listening
to Mr. Niu's narration, Agudengba thought in reflection that God was not
created by man, but man created God. The deified God is just a dream of man to
create a god. Some people hope that God can create a god for themselves. To
bring blessings, some even claim to be gods and the saviors of the suffering
people.
Mr. Niu did not
refute Agudenba’s idea. He just said to Agudumba:
Have you heard
of the legend of Brahma, the creator god?
With the passage
of time, especially after the formation of Brahmanism, the original equal
relationship among the gods gradually changed. The original order of the gods
was broken by a few ordinary gods who were originally inconspicuous. They
finally became the superior gods. The main gods above are Brahma, the creator
god, Vishnu, the protector god, and Shiva, the destroyer god.
Mr. Niu said:
If the early
Vedic gods still carry a strong legacy of primitive society, the emergence of
the three main gods begins to reflect the establishment of human authority,
especially the establishment of the three absolute powers of creation,
protection and destruction, indicating that the king of the human world It is
necessary to surround oneself with the sacred aura of dominating and ruling the
world.
People's
understanding also began to develop from the animistic stage to the level of
generalization and abstraction. Specific natural phenomena such as wind, rain,
thunder and lightning, mountains, rivers, birds and beasts were gradually
downplayed, and the power that overcame all things was deified into gods. But
tradition is tenacious, and in ancient India, numerous gods existed for a long
time. Even after the emergence of monotheism, polytheistic worship was still
deeply rooted in the spiritual world of the masses.
There are
different opinions about the origin of the creator god Brahma. Brahma is
sometimes said to be the head of the gods, the architect of the universe and
the guardian of the world, but it is also said that he himself is the creation
of Bitariya, the ancestor of all human beings. or is believed to have hatched
from a cosmic golden egg floating on a cosmic flood of fire. It is even said
that he was born from a lotus flower that grew from Vishnu's navel.
Niu Ye pointed
to a nearby temple and said to Agudengba:
The temple
contains an ancient Indian birth chart of Brahma. Although Brahma is sometimes
considered to be self-created, when he is seen as one of the Hindu triad, his
role becomes that of the single creator, his earlier creation. The identity of
the god is usually transferred to either Vishnu or Shiva. Since the world has
been created, the other two great gods, the Guardian and the Destroyer, have aroused
greater interest. They "occupied" the aura that originally belonged
to Brahma. For example, the 10 shapes of Brahma are regarded as the
incarnations of Vishnu.
Mr. Niu smiled
and said: In appearance, Brahma is depicted as red-skinned, wearing white robes,
with four arms, holding the Vedas and his token, or a spoon, a string of beads,
or a bow. Or a pitcher. And his most striking feature is that he has 4 heads.
Brahma's mount is a goose. Brahma created a female companion from his own body,
and he fell in love with her. This beautiful yet elegant girl was known by many
names: Satarupa, Shavidri, Saraswati, Vache, Gayatri and Brahmani. She felt
embarrassed by Brahma's blazing gaze and moved away to avoid his gaze. But
wherever she hid to his right, to his left, and behind his back, he sprouted a
new head in every direction. So she ascended to the sky, but there appeared a
fifth head looking at her, and Brahma and this girl who was both his daughter
and his wife gave birth to human beings.
Agudengba laughed:
There is a legend about Nuwa creating human beings in China, there is a legend
about Adam and Eve in the Bible, and now there is a story about Brahma creating
humans in India. Ha, how were humans born?
Agudengba sang
his self-composed snowy song "Where Do I Come From?" 》:
Where do I come from?
I don't want to offend that Nuwa,
I don’t want to deny Adam and Eve,
Nor will I question Brahma,
I just want to figure it out:
Who are the ancestors of mankind?
Where do I come from?
Actually the answer is very simple,
I am a child of my parents,
My parents are the children of my ancestors,
Inherited from generation to generation,
That’s how I look today.
Where do I come from?
It doesn't matter to me,
Children in different families are different.
Different ethnic groups have different customs.
The history of different countries will change.
Different religions have different opinions.
Where do I come from?
Where am I going to go?
Human community is a dream,
No one can unify the world,
Humans are smarter than animals,
It’s because I can make up myths.
