spring is coming. The breeze blows gently and the sun shines brightly. In a small tree full of spring, Agudemba continued to tell the donkey the mythical story about the birth of the little woolly monkey Hanuman.

The little hairy monkey Hanuman gradually grew up. He is energetic, clever and mischievous. Because of the favor of the gods, Hanuman was emboldened to play pranks and cause trouble everywhere. The immortals knew that he was favored by the great god Brahma, so they tolerated him silently and allowed him to do whatever he wanted.

However, Hanuman's mischievous behavior finally angered the two immortals, and they cursed: Hanuman will lose his wisdom and forget everything until he really uses his intelligence to serve a just cause.

As a result, Hanuman suddenly forgot who he was, what he could do, and what he had done - all memories about himself were lost.

Hanuman was dejected and very upset. I had no choice but to walk into the mountains honestly and choose a forest with tall trees and fruits to rest there.

At this time, an old fairy monkey Yamavam came towards Hanuman. He told Hanuman: This is the pure forest, which can be a place for you to do pure meditation.

The old immortal monkey Yamabhavan began to teach Hanuman to study, asking him to sit down and study classics and grammar, to find lost wisdom and increase his talents. The old monkey told Hanuman: Knowledge is power. Only by accumulating knowledge can you wait until the day when you serve for a just cause.

Under the instruction of the old immortal monkey Yamabhavan, Hanuman began to study hard and practice martial arts seriously, and he made great progress. He slowly turned into a good monkey who was humble, studious and polite.

One day, a monkey king named Sugriva came to Jingxiu Forest with an army of monkeys. It turned out that this monkey king was a student of Yamabhava. The Monkey King came to visit his teacher.

The old fairy monkey Yan Po Fan asked Su Jili Po: Why did you come to visit me suddenly? With so many monkey soldiers?

Sugripo, the king of the Monkey Country in Huaguo Mountain, said sadly: I was playing in the mountains with my monkey brother Bolin, and I accidentally entered a cave. Unexpectedly, my brother blocked it with stones. The entrance to the cave took away my throne and my wife.

The old immortal monkey Yan Po Fan understood that it turned out that Su Jili Po was driven out of the monkey country by his brother Bolin, and he came to Jingxiu Forest to avoid trouble.

The old immortal monkey said, you can live in this Jingxiu Forest for the time being.

While talking, Sugriva suddenly saw Hanuman practicing martial arts in the forest clearing. I saw this furry monkey with golden fur and brown eyes, a tall body and a big tail, jumping and galloping, looking very majestic.

The old fairy monkey Yan Po Fan told Sugri Po: This hairy monkey is called Hanuman. He is the son of the wind god. He is just naughty and often gets into trouble. I was entrusted by the God of Wind to let him learn literature and martial arts in Jingxiu Forest. Now I have basically learned it. It can be your right-hand man in revenge and restoration of the country.

Sugriva was so happy that she immediately appointed Hanuman as the general of the monkey army and asked him to command the monkey army to practice military tactics every day. Hanuman made further progress under the guidance of the monkey king Sugriva, and he gradually became a virtuous monkey general.

Sugripo practiced monkey soldiers and generals day and night in the pure forest in the mountains to prepare for revenge. After Sugriva worshiped Hanuman as his general, he recruited soldiers and horses, and gradually became stronger and fuller of wings.

Let's say that on this day, Hanuman was training the monkey soldiers to fight and jump in the Pure Forest, when he suddenly heard that the monkey king Sugriva had summoned him.

It turned out that two young men came from the mountains, they were Rama and Lakshmana, the sons of the Ten Chariot Kings. Rama's wife Sita was snatched away by the demon. The two brothers came to this mountain forest to find Sita.

The monkey king Sugriva was overjoyed and immediately reached an agreement with Rama brothers: Rama would help him defeat Paulin and regain the throne and wife snatched away by his brother, while the monkey army would help Rama retrieve Sita.

Soon, Rama fulfilled his promise. He shot Bolin, the king of the monkey kingdom, and Sugriva got her wish and became the king again.

The monkey king Sugriva sent four armies of monkeys from the east, west, south, and north, ordering them to search for Sita all over the world, and asked them to come back within a month, and those who delayed would be beheaded.

The monkey god Hanuman personally led the Western Army and headed straight for the western mountains.

Before the monkey god Hanuman left, Rama gave Hanuman a ring and asked him to use the ring to prove his identity when he found Sita. Otherwise, Sita would not believe his words out of thin air. Rama believed that only Hanuman could find Sita.

This was the first time that the divine monkey Hanuman came out of the mountain. He walked out of the Pure Forest and his fame shocked the world from then on.

Agudengpa sang a song called "Quiet Viewing and Introspection" that the old fairy monkey Yamabhava taught the divine monkey Hanuman:

 

This world is too noisy and noisy,

Even if you cover your ears and close your eyes,

I still feel very irritable in my heart.

All kinds of busyness, all kinds of greed,

If you magnify your ignorance at will,

Wallowing between fame and fortune every day,

When you see someone benefiting from something, you become jealous;

Seeing that I have made a mistake, I feel worried.

I am entangled in irresponsible remarks every day,

He plots against others all the time,

I always feel that I have suffered too much,

I will be angry and angry all day long,

If you can't calm down at all,

You will suffer from ailments all over your body.

 

When the heart moves, everything will move;

If the mind is calm, everything will be calm.

One thought can travel thousands of miles;

One thought, heaven and hell.

As a human being, we must learn to introspect and reflect on ourselves.

Know how to control your own thoughts,

If you can't think of anything, your mind will be calm.

Be quiet and comfortable, and your mind will be at peace.

The heart is like a bright mirror, and we always need to reflect on ourselves.

Wipe away the dust from your soul,

Cleanse away the dirty thoughts in your heart,

There is nothing in this world,

Why do people need to stir up dust everywhere?

Maintaining tranquility is not something that can be accomplished in a day.

To know how to meditate, you need to practice it yourself.

It depends on whether a person has concentration.

It depends on whether you can meditate.
