猎犬说：暴君总是残酷地欺压民众，结果被民众推翻。但后任的暴君会继续犯这样的错，并享受王者之尊。受欺压的民众却不再反抗暴君了，只有他们才会懂得，不可犯同一个错。

continue to make such mistakes and enjoy the respect of the king. The oppressed
are no longer resistant to the tyrant, only they will understand and cannot
make the same mistake.
