Krishna
After the girl
Dawa told Agudengba the love story of the Pool of the Goddess, she also told
Agudengba a story contained in the grand narrative poem
"Mahabharata":
In ancient times,
a great war broke out between the two royal families of the Kru and Pondo
tribes in northern India. In this story, Krishna helps the four princes of the
Pondo tribe and they win. He is also the guide of the Yadava tribe. From this,
it seems that Krishna is a real character. However, in the later myths about
God Vishnu, who incarnated into various images to save the world, the hero
Krishna was attached as the eighth incarnation of Vishnu, thus various myths
about Krishna emerged. Myths and legends.
Modola, the
capital of the Yedava clan, was ruled by the evil king Gansha. As a result of
the discussion among the gods, it was decided that Vishnu should be transformed
into the son of King Gansha's sister Devaki to punish this evil king. One day,
Devaji and her husband Pasi Deba were riding in a carriage, and King Gansha was
driving for him with his charioteer. As they were heading towards the capital,
an unknown message came from somewhere: "The eighth son of Devaji will be
meeting." Kill King Gansha.” Such words were very loud.
When King Gansha
heard this, he was horrified. He imprisoned Pasi Deba and Devaki, and killed
all the six sons they had, except their seventh son Balalamo. , and the eighth
son Krishna narrowly escaped. It turned out that when Krishna was born, his
father Prasidpa immediately exchanged him with a gopi who was born on the same
day and lived by the Jemuna River. Because of this, Krishna and his brother
Balaramo later fled together to the city of Kokla, where they grew up.
Krishna was very
naughty when he was a child. Once he broke a milk bottle and was scolded by his
stepmother Yaxiuda. He was tied to a stone mortar. Unexpectedly, he dragged the
stone mortar and walked step by step between two big trees. Knocking down big
trees and uprooting them.
In the Jemuna
River, there lived a five-headed dragon king Kaliya. The poison it spewed made
the nearby residents intolerable. Krishna fought with the five-headed dragon
and defeated it. Another time, Krishna stole the clothes of the gopis who were
bathing in the river and hid the clothes in a tree until the girls came ashore
naked and could not find the clothes and begged him to return them. To them, he
is such a prankster.
Another time, when
the cowherds were preparing to sacrifice to the god Indra, who was responsible
for rainfall, Krishna also sacrificed livestock and mountains. The god Indra
was furious and it rained heavily. The cowherds were trapped in the heavy rain,
so they had to ask Krishna for help. Krishna was so powerful that he lifted up
Mount Kovada and held it up with one finger, covering the sky so that the
cowherds would no longer be troubled by the heavy rain. threaten.
Krishna is a very
outstanding cowherd, and of course he becomes the object of the gopis'
admiration. He is dark and strong, often wears a yellow dress, and holds a
flute. He hangs out with the gopis in the Burdapana forest. Laughing and having
fun. The story of Krishna’s love affair with Radha, one of the gopis, is often
sung in poems, depicted in paintings, and often becomes the theme of drama and
dance.
After hearing the
rumors about Krishna, King Gansha repeatedly sent demons to kill him, but each
time failed, so he tried to summon Krishna to the capital city of Modola to
prepare to murder him.
Krishna and his
brother Balarama arrived in the capital together, showed great bravery, and
finally killed King Gansha. Later, Krishna was attacked by his enemy Yavana and
retreated to the coast of Kgarath in Western India. And he built the city of
Devalaka there, which is said to have later sunk into the sea. Krishna married
Rukmini, the princess of Vidarbha, here, but it is said that he later married
16,000 wives and gave birth to 180,000 children.
Later, Krishna not
only killed the demon Naraka, but also fought against the god Indra in the
heaven. When his son Yanirudha got married, he fought against the demon king
Bana. His bravery was unparalleled and unparalleled in the world.
Once, Krishna was
cursed by the sage Drapasas for offending him and was predicted to die from an
injury to the sole of his foot. Sure enough, one time when Krishna was sitting
cross-legged and meditating in the forest, he was shot in the sole of his foot
by an arrow fired by an old hunter, and died suddenly. It is said that after
death, Krishna was welcomed to heaven by the gods.
After listening to
the story told by girl Dawa, Agudenba smiled: Dear girl Dawa, you know many
love stories. Do you hope that our love story can also become a household name?
The Dawa girl also
smiled. She sang a Bangladeshi Mandarin song "Tell You the Truth":
Tell you the truth!
Why are my eyes sparkling with tears?
That's not because of the torrential rain,
It's not because the river is gurgling.
Tell you the truth!
In fact, there is my story behind the tears.
My hope has disappeared over the horizon,
Cold tears of life fell on his face.
Tell you the truth!
Since you suddenly appeared in front of me,
The shadow in my heart gradually disappeared,
My tears of excitement are flowing for you.
