Under the
pressure of the cat, the mouse began negotiating with the cat. But the subject
of the negotiations is always in the hands of the cat. Rats are always passive,
and there is no full set of policies. The mouse is taking a step, taking a
step, walking all the way, falling all the way, the mouse has never found out
what the cat really intended.
