Today is the Beginning of Winter - Imagery

The Beginning of Winter arrives with the four seasons and eight solar terms. No rain on the Beginning of Winter means a sunny winter. If a northeast wind blows, it means a clear winter. No frost on the Beginning of Winter means the rice seedlings will freeze to death in spring. Golden rice ears on the Beginning of Winter mean a bountiful late rice harvest and plenty of grain.
